Nestled in the heart of aesthetic innovation, Atelier Aesthetix stands as a sanctuary of artistry and intention where beauty is never one-size-fits-all and self-expression is celebrated at every age. Behind the practice is Nathalie, a deeply passionate Nurse Practitioner and national aesthetic trainer whose journey into the world of injectables began long before her first syringe.
A Calling Discovered
“I was born and raised in El Salvador and moved to the U.S. in 2004,” Nathalie shares. “Just two years later, I began working for a prominent plastic surgeon and everything changed.” Watching patients light up after a procedure, seeing their confidence return those moments left a lasting impression. “I didn’t just fall in love with aesthetics,” she says. “I found my purpose.”
Determined to turn that passion into expertise, Nathalie became a Registered Nurse and later earned her Nurse Practitioner license all while continuing to work alongside some of the industry’s most respected plastic surgeons. “I spent years studying facial anatomy, refining my techniques, and treating thousands of patients,” she says. “This field is constantly evolving, and I believe my patients deserve the very best of what modern aesthetics has to offer.”
Today, Nathalie is a national trainer for Galderma, Allergan, and Revance three of the biggest names in aesthetics. She’s also the founder of Atelier Aesthetix and co-founder of the Art Aesthetic Institute, where she leads with equal parts heart, precision, and purpose.
Confidence for Everyone
Though she’s worked with celebrities and influencers, Nathalie’s approach remains deeply grounded. “Whether you’re in front of a camera or just want to feel better in your own skin, my goal is the same: to enhance what already makes you beautiful.”
Celebrities often come with highly specific goals and timelines, especially for events or filming, but Nathalie emphasizes how fulfilling it is to care for everyday clients many of whom are doing something for themselves for the first time. “It’s emotional. They’ve been told to ignore their desire to feel good or to age ‘gracefully’ without help. Being there when they finally give themselves permission to prioritize their confidence it’s incredibly powerful.”
Her space is designed for exactly that: comfort, trust, and transformation without judgment.
Defining Success on Her Own Terms
While accolades and national training recognition are certainly career highlights, it’s the everyday victories that move Nathalie most. “Launching Atelier Aesthetix was deeply personal. It’s not just a med spa it’s a reflection of my values: integrity, education, and artistry.”
Still, it’s the hugs, the happy tears, and the quiet, “I feel like myself again,” that stand out most. “Those moments are the reason I do what I do. They remind me why I started and why I’ll never stop evolving.”
Staying Grounded in the Glow-Up
The aesthetics industry can be fast-paced and demanding, but Nathalie finds balance by staying rooted in the things that truly matter. “I stay grounded by staying connected to my purpose, my patients, and my family.”
From evening walks with her husband to time with their beloved dogs, laughter with her team, and moments of music and movement, she prioritizes joy. “Gratitude keeps everything in perspective. I used to dream of having what I have now, and I never want to take that for granted.”
She also surrounds herself with a team that mirrors her mission: leading with heart and putting people first.
The Art of Revealing, Not Changing
At the core of Nathalie’s work is a deep respect for the person behind the procedure. “I’m not here to change anyone,” she says. “I’m here to reveal them.”
Her process is rooted in listening, honoring facial anatomy, and delivering subtle, meaningful enhancements that help patients feel like the best version of themselves without ever looking “done.”
“Aesthetics is medicine, yes. But it’s also art. And it’s connection,” she says. “It’s about how someone feels when they leave your chair not just how they look. That kind of transformation is deeply intimate, and being trusted to be part of it is something I’ll never take lightly.”
