Anna Babbitt’s journey into the wellness world has been anything but conventional but it’s exactly that winding road that makes her story so inspiring. A self-described health and beauty multitasker, Anna is equal parts powerhouse yoga instructor, CoolSculpting expert, and business owner, with thriving careers in both the fitness and aesthetic industries.

The Journey

“My journey has been a long, winding road to say the least,” Anna shares. Originally from Indiana, she studied public relations and journalism at Indiana University, but Los Angeles had always called to her. “Since I was a teenager, I knew I needed to come to LA and dive into the entertainment industry.”

She began her career in 2006 as a talent manager representing actors and comedians. But life had other plans. After relocating to New York City, Anna took a job working for a celebrity plastic surgeon and dermatologist. That role sparked a passion for aesthetics just as body sculpting was about to explode.

“CoolSculpting became a phenomenon in 2013,” she says. “I was working for the number-one clinic in the world. Victoria’s Secret models, A-list celebrities, and everyday people were becoming obsessed with the treatments and so was I.”

In 2020, Anna returned to Los Angeles, bringing her knowledge and passion for medical aesthetics with her. She simultaneously began teaching hot yoga, eventually creating a following in both industries. “I’m beyond grateful for the continued success I’ve experienced across two very different, but complementary, spaces: beauty and wellness.”

Working with Celebrities & Influencers

“Body sculpting is a breeding ground for celebrities and influencers,” Anna says with a smile. “We all want to look our best, and I love that celebs no longer hide the fact that they’re doing these treatments.”

Anna knows the world of fame firsthand her sister is one of the stars of Selling Sunset but she maintains a grounded perspective. “Most celebrities are just unique humans like the rest of us. They just happen to live their lives in front of a camera. Still, it’s always fun to be part of their world, even for a moment.”

Staying Grounded

If CoolSculpting is Anna’s science, yoga is her soul. “My yoga practice is my therapy,” she says. “Without it, my entire family would probably be very worried!” she laughs.

Whether she’s teaching a packed class at Hot 8 Yoga or sneaking off to Bali with her sister for a spiritual reset, Anna remains rooted in a daily wellness routine that keeps her focused and aligned. “The moment I step off the plane in Bali, I feel reconnected to the universe again.”

Her obsession with health and wellness runs deep especially when it comes to designing fitness experiences. “I’m constantly creating the most challenging and unique hot barre and hot sculpt classes I can imagine. I wake up at 3 a.m. every day to keep the creative energy flowing.”

Behind the Scenes

Whether she’s holding space in the yoga studio or consulting clients at Sculpt DTLA and Sculpt Silverlake, Anna sees her work as deeply human and transformative. “Working behind the scenes with both yoga and body sculpting is all about connecting with people who want to better themselves.”

Positivity, empowerment, and authenticity are central to her approach. “I try to cultivate a conscious, uplifting environment one where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. It’s our connection to each other that fuels everything. Helping others grow is how I grow too.”
