On a warm June evening, one of Bel Air's most anticipated luxury residences officially stepped into the spotlight. The Strada House, an extraordinary estate nestled at 851 Strada Vecchia Road, welcomed an exclusive guest list for an intimate preview celebrating exceptional design, timeless architecture, and elevated California living.

Hosted by House of Rolison alongside Farrah Brittany and Mauricio Umansky from The Agency, the invitation-only gathering brought together some of Los Angeles' most influential names in interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, and lifestyle for an unforgettable evening inside one of Bel Air's newest design masterpieces.

From the moment guests arrived, the experience felt cinematic. Violinists welcomed attendees along the estate's winding entrance, setting an elegant tone before guests even stepped inside. As the sun dipped below the hills, the home transformed into an immersive showcase where architecture, art, music, and hospitality blended effortlessly against panoramic views of Los Angeles.

Designed by acclaimed interior designers Amanda Leigh and Taylor Hahn of House of Rolison, The Strada House is the result of a remarkable restoration that celebrates timeless European influences while embracing the relaxed sophistication of modern California living. Every room reflected meticulous craftsmanship, layered textures, and carefully curated materials, creating warmth without sacrificing grandeur.

Throughout the evening, guests explored the estate while enjoying live musical performances, an engaging magician, handcrafted cocktails, and an elegant selection of passed hors d'oeuvres. Premium wines from Avaline paired beautifully with the culinary offerings, while a dedicated tequila tasting experience added another memorable element to the celebration.

Luxury extended beyond the home's interiors. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Beverly Hills showcased its newest collection of handcrafted automobiles throughout the property, allowing guests to admire the marque's legendary craftsmanship against the stunning backdrop of one of Bel Air's most spectacular estates. The pairing of world-class automobiles with world-class architecture perfectly captured the spirit of the evening.

The guest list reflected the creative energy surrounding Southern California's luxury design community. Designers Rob Diaz, Amr Samaha, Skylar Berkus, Evan Krenzien, Pierce Jordan, Lindsey Colhoun, Nina Takesh, Coco Greenblum, Jack Herr, Brett Northart, and Sam Donnelly were among those in attendance, joined by luxury real estate leaders Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Brittany of The Agency.

Inside the residence, every detail spoke to thoughtful collaboration. Elegant furnishings from Arhaus anchored each living space, while handcrafted tile from Zia Tile introduced texture and artisanal character throughout the home. Original artwork by Studio CT and Casterline Goodman brought depth and personality to the interiors, creating moments of discovery around every corner. Timeline Wood added the gorgeous dark wood paneling in the large living room.

Lighting became its own design statement with sculptural fixtures from Bocci, DeTroupe, Larose Guyon, Hennepin Made, and Lee Broom, illuminating the home with warmth and architectural elegance. Fine details, including Emtek and Lo & Co hardware, blended seamlessly with custom finishes, while outdoor entertaining spaces featured premium installations by Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. Decorative pieces from Olive Ateliers completed the home's sophisticated aesthetic, adding organic texture and timeless character.

As the evening came to a close, guests departed with thoughtfully curated gift bags featuring an Arhaus tote, an Arhaus vase, a handcrafted stone candle holder from Olive Ateliers, a candle from Everlasting Candle Company, a Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet brochure, a Watermark pen, and a House of Rolison signature hat. The elevated gifting experience was coordinated by Odd Bird Collective and Rodrigues PR, ensuring that every detail reflected the event's impeccable curation.

More than simply unveiling a luxury residence, The Strada House introduced a new benchmark for refined living in Bel Air. It celebrated the collaboration between visionary designers, master craftsmen, luxury brands, and hospitality partners who transformed a remarkable property into a home that feels both timeless and contemporary.

For one unforgettable evening, architecture became art, design became an experience, and The Strada House offered guests an inspiring glimpse into the future of luxury living in Los Angeles.
