1. Being named one of LA Living Magazine's Game Changers recognizes people who are shifting how others think and live. What kind of impact do you hope your work has on people's everyday lives?
First of all, thank you so much for this recognition. It truly means the world to me. When I think about the impact I hope my work has, it really comes down to one thing: I want people to wake up feeling like life is working for them, not against them. That's it. Not in some abstract, woo-woo way. I mean practically. I want someone to go to bed tonight, do a simple five-minute practice, and wake up tomorrow feeling lighter, more connected, and more confident in their ability to handle whatever life throws at them.
I've spent close to 20 years doing this work, performing over 20,000 healings, training nearly two million students across more than 60 countries. And what I've seen, over and over, is that when people learn how to take care of their energy, everything shifts.
Their relationships improve. Their careers take off. Their health transforms. Not because I'm doing something magical to them, but because they're finally removing the invisible blocks that have been holding them back. My hope is that my work gives people the tools to realize that the life of their dreams isn't some distant, improbable thing. It's their birthright. And it can start with something as simple as what they do in the five minutes before they close their eyes at night.
2. You are widely known as a spiritual activator and energy healer. How do you describe what you do to someone hearing about it for the first time?
I usually tell people: you know how you do a detox or cleanse for your physical body? Maybe a juice cleanse or cutting out processed foods for a while? Well, I do the same thing, but for your energetic body. We all carry invisible energy. You can call it chi, prana, life force, whatever resonates with you. And just like your physical body accumulates toxins, your energetic body accumulates blocks. These blocks come from past traumas, from absorbing other people's stress and anxiety, and sometimes even from patterns passed down through your family's DNA across generations.
What I do is help people clear those blocks so their energy can flow freely again. When that happens, people naturally start to feel more peace, more clarity, more joy, and they begin to attract better opportunities, better relationships, and better health. I also help people discover their own spiritual gifts, because here's the thing most people don't realize: we all have supernatural abilities that we're meant to use for the highest good. But you can't access them when your system is clogged with negative energy. So I teach people to protect, clear, and elevate their energy, and then step into their gifts and purpose. It's like going from a fuzzy, static-filled TV channel to crystal-clear HD.
3. What first sparked your interest in energy work and spiritual transformation, and how did that early curiosity turn into a full career path?
I grew up in Manila, in the Philippines, in a fiercely Catholic family. But like many Filipino families, we also had this fascinating blend of folk spirituality woven into our culture. My grandfather channeled the souls of dead relatives. My father spoke in tongues. My mother had prophetic dreams that always came true. We'd hire an albularyo, a folk healer, to bless our home when we moved, and as kids, we wore agimats, these mystical amulets, for protection. So on one hand, out-of-the-box spiritual practices were considered taboo, but on the other, they were embedded in everything we did.
Around age seven, I started having my own experiences. I could sense what people around me were thinking and feeling. I'd pick up on the presence of spirits in the room, see silhouettes of angels and light beings. It scared me, honestly, so I shut it all down. I became reclusive, got bullied at school, and didn't fit in. Then, when I was 18, my parents moved our entire family to the U.S., and whatever stability I'd found disappeared overnight. I spiraled into a depression that felt like it would never end.
But that rock bottom became my turning point. I poured myself into self-help books, psychology, and personal development. I tried everything. Therapy, affirmations, NLP, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and other forms of body-based energy work. And what I discovered is that nothing truly shifted until I learned about the energy in and around our bodies and how keeping that energy cleansed could unveil and sharpen our spiritual gifts and life purpose. Once I learned to do that, life started working for me instead of against me. I started sharing what I'd learned, people experienced incredible results, and it just grew organically from there into what it is today. Geo Love Healing, Soul University, two books with Hay House, and a global community of heart-centered souls.
4. Was there a defining moment when you realized your gift could serve people at scale, not just one-on-one?
Absolutely. For a long time, I was doing one-on-one healings, and while the transformations were incredible, I kept feeling this pull that I was meant to reach more people. The real shift happened when I started teaching workshops and online sessions. I remember one of our events had 6,000 people show up to learn how to raise their vibration and live more beautiful lives. Watching that many souls in one room, all committed to their own healing, it hit me that the tools I'd been given weren't meant to stay small.
But honestly, the moment that really sealed it was the avalanche of emails. I started receiving literally thousands of messages each month from people all over the world, over 60 countries, sharing their success stories. People who'd been stuck for years suddenly landed their dream jobs. Couples on the verge of divorce reconnecting. People are healing from chronic illness. A student who'd never held down a job for more than six months at a time launched a six-figure business within three months. Another student who'd been in a string of toxic relationships found the courage to leave an abusive marriage and became an advocate for others in similar situations. When you see that kind of transformation happening at scale, you realize this isn't just your gift to keep. It's your responsibility to share.

5. Many people are overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected right now. What are the first practical steps you suggest to help someone reset their inner state?
This is exactly why I wrote my newest book, Do This Before Bed, because the reset doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. It can happen in five minutes before you fall asleep tonight. Here's what I'd suggest as a starting point:
First, clear the debris of your day. Before bed, set a simple intention to release whatever negative energy you've picked up. Focus on your third eye, your ears, and your heart. These are the energy centers that absorb the most throughout the day. Visualize white light coming down and flushing out all the gunk, replacing it with positive, love-based energy.
Second, raise your vibration by asking yourself three questions: What am I grateful for? What did I do right today? And what experiences do I wish to create tomorrow, and what emotions do I want to feel? Even on a terrible day, you can find something. A roof over your head, the air you're breathing, a kind word from someone. This practice shifts your frequency almost immediately.
Third, find the higher meaning. If something "bad" happened, ask yourself: what's the higher meaning of this? Maybe that door closing is making space for something better. Reframe disappointment as redirection.
And fourth, connect with the highest version of yourself. Imagine white light pouring through you, follow it beyond the edges of the earth, and just feel the energy of the version of you who already has everything you desire. If you do this three nights in a row, I promise your life will never be the same.
The beauty of these practices is that they work regardless of what you believe. You don't need to buy into any New Age philosophy. You just need to be about five percent open and willing to try.
6. Your work blends spirituality with structured methods. How do you keep your teachings grounded and usable rather than abstract?
This is so important to me. I've always been about practicality. I tell my students: I'm not here to ask you to believe. I'm here to ask you to commit to implementing the tools. That's a huge distinction.
Everything I teach is structured into clear, actionable steps. My first book, Spiritual Activator, is built around a specific 15-day detox program: three days of protecting your energy, three days of clearing, three days of elevating, three days of discovering your gifts, and three days of practicing your purpose work. Each phase has specific exercises, tools, and meditations. You don't have to guess what to do or when to do it.
My second book, Do This Before Bed, is built around four foundational practices that you can move through in five to ten minutes. I designed them to feel as easy and routine as brushing your teeth. Because here's what I've learned in close to 20 years of this work: if a practice isn't simple, people won't do it. And if people won't do it, it doesn't matter how powerful it is.
I also use a lot of tools people can relate to. Visualization, breathwork, journaling, intention-setting, crystal therapy, movement. I give people multiple options so they can figure out what resonates with them personally. The practices are intuitive and personal by design. I'm not handing you a rigid rulebook. I'm giving you a toolkit and saying: play with these, find what works, and make it your own.
7. What are the most common energy blocks you see in high performers and leaders, and how do they typically show up in daily life?
Great question. In my experience, the three main categories of blocks I see in high performers and everyone else are Traumatic Blocks, Environmental Blocks, and Familial Blocks.
Traumatic Blocks come from past events like abandonment, abuse, loss, and difficult relationships. They create toxic energy that lodges in your auric field and physical body. In high performers, these often show up as patterns of self-sabotage. They'll build something incredible, a business, a relationship, a career milestone, and then find a way to blow it up. They repeat the same cycle over and over because the emotional and behavioral patterns are reinforcing the original block.
Environmental Blocks are what you absorb empathically from the people and spaces around you. Leaders are especially susceptible because they're constantly absorbing the stress, anxiety, and emotional states of their teams, their families, and their environments. They'll suddenly feel overwhelmed or anxious and have no idea why, because the energy isn't even theirs.
And then there are Familial Blocks, which are generational and gestational patterns that get passed down through your DNA. I've seen leaders carry fears and limiting beliefs that make no logical sense for their current situation, only to discover that those exact patterns existed in their parents and grandparents. It's energetic inheritance.
In daily life, these blocks show up as feeling drained by the end of the day, attracting toxic people, deals falling through at work, relationship struggles, chronic health issues, a general feeling of being stuck despite doing everything "right." It's like trying to drive a car with the handbrake on. Once you remove the blocks, everything accelerates.
8. You've built a global following through digital platforms. How has sharing spiritual tools online changed the way people engage with healing work?
It's been a game changer, honestly. When I started, energy healing was something that mostly happened in person, in small circles. The idea that you could reach someone across the world and facilitate a profound energetic shift, people were skeptical of that. But energy doesn't care about geography. I do the majority of my work remotely, and the results are just as powerful as being in the same room with someone. You don't have to be in front of a person physically to work on their energetic body.
What digital platforms have done is democratize access to these tools. I've trained nearly two million students online, from over 60 countries. These are people who might never have walked into an energy healing session in person. Stay-at-home moms, military veterans with PTSD, medical professionals, teachers, electricians, presidential families, Olympic athletes. The diversity is incredible. Digital platforms have also made it so that healing isn't a one-time event. It's a daily practice. People can access meditations, exercises, and community support anytime they need it.
The other thing that's shifted is the conversation itself. Because so many people are openly sharing their transformation stories online, it normalizes the work. When someone sees thousands of real people talking about how energy clearing changed their life, it breaks down the stigma and the skepticism. And that opens the door for so many more souls to get the help they need.
9. Skeptics often question energy healing. How do you respond to people who are curious but unsure or doubtful?
I love skeptics. Truly. Because I'm not here to ask anyone to believe in anything. I'm here to ask them to try it. I tell people: all I need from you is to be about five percent open. That's it. One of my students, a self-professed skeptic, used that exact phrase, and she ended up having some of the most profound results.
Here's the thing: energy is real, whether you believe in it or not. Albert Einstein proved that energy can be converted in form but not created or destroyed. We are fundamentally energetic beings. Our heartbeats, breathing patterns, and circadian rhythms all have measurable vibrations and frequencies. Even our planet has a natural frequency, the Schumann Resonance at 7.83 Hz. Some of the most brilliant computer scientists in the world can't fully explain how artificial intelligence makes its decisions, but nobody says AI doesn't exist. Just because we don't understand all the details of how something works doesn't mean it isn't real.
The French psychologist Emile Coue had depressed patients repeat positive statements before falling asleep, and it worked, whether they believed it or not. Documented results. Thomas Edison said never go to sleep without a request to your subconscious. The science of sleep has evolved to confirm that the period before sleep is a natural hypnotic state when brain waves slow down and the mind is incredibly receptive to new programming.
So my response to skeptics is always: don't believe me. Just do the practices. Give it an honest try for a couple of weeks and see what happens. The most hardcore skeptics might get results and still chalk it up to coincidence, and honestly, that's fine with me. But you won't know until you try.
10. In your experience, how much of transformation is technique, and how much is personal readiness?
That's a really insightful question. I'd say it's a dance between the two, but they're not equal. Here's what I mean: the techniques I teach are designed to work regardless of where you are mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. They bypass the conscious mind, that loud, opinionated voice that wants to say, "Well, that's not very realistic, is it?" That's actually why I designed so many of my practices around bedtime, because as you're falling asleep, your brain waves slow down and your conscious mind quiets. The subconscious mind, which controls roughly 95 percent of our brain function, becomes wide open. So the technique does a lot of the heavy lifting.
But personal readiness determines how deep the transformation goes and how quickly it takes hold. I've seen that God controls how much of a block can be released at any given time, and that's often connected to what lessons you're meant to learn, what your vibration can handle, and what's in the highest good for everyone involved. Like a flower that blooms when it's ready, everything happens in its own divine and perfect time.
What I will say is this: you don't need to be fully ready or fully believing. You just need to show up and do the work. Readiness often comes after you start, not before. The act of committing to the practice creates the readiness. I've seen people who were deeply resistant experience breakthroughs that stunned even them, because the practices activated something that was already waiting to come forward.

11. What patterns do you notice in people right before they experience a major
breakthrough?
This is one of my favorite things to talk about because the patterns are so consistent. Right before a breakthrough, things often look like they're falling apart. People come to me saying everything is going sideways. Relationships are struggling, deals are falling through, appliances are breaking, their health takes a dip. And what I tell them is: these are actually signs that the universe is showing you that your current reality is being reorganized.
There's almost always a period of discomfort before the shift. Change can feel threatening, even positive change. If you've grown accustomed to life being a certain way, even if it's dull or painful, at least you have predictability. So when the energy starts moving and blocks start releasing, your system sometimes resists. People might experience what some call "the dark night of the soul."
The other pattern I notice is heightened sensitivity. People start seeing signs, synchronicities, meaningful numerical patterns like 111, relevant songs playing at just the right moment, animals crossing their path. Their intuition gets louder. They might have vivid dreams or feel a sudden emotional release out of nowhere. These are all clues that a massive energetic shift is happening under the surface.
And then, almost like a switch flipping, clarity arrives. They suddenly see the higher meaning behind their struggles. They understand why that door had to close. The breakthrough usually comes with a deep sense of peace and a knowing that they've stepped into a completely different version of themselves.
12. How do you personally stay clear, grounded, and protected while working so closely with other people's emotional and energetic states?
This is something I've had to master, because as an empath, I feel everything. When I first started doing this work, I was absorbing everyone's energy and it was draining me. I'd talk to my mom on the phone before bed and she'd be complaining about money. The next morning, I'd wake up to calls from bill collectors for my own issues. I quickly learned that if I didn't prioritize my own energy hygiene, I couldn't serve anyone.
So now, I use the same tools I teach. Every day, I protect my energy using sacred geometry. I visualize myself inside a pyramid with a sphere on top, and I surround myself with a white light bubble. I do my clearings in the morning and at night, clearing my auric field and chakras. I ground myself regularly. And I cut energetic cords from anyone or any situation that's draining me.
I also pay attention to my environment. If I'm at my home in Colorado, in a town of 800 people surrounded by beautiful nature, the environment itself does a lot of the clearing for me. But if I'm traveling to a city like Los Angeles or New York, where there's a lot of dense energy and stimulation, I'll double up on everything, sometimes doing my foundational practices morning and evening.
And honestly, one of my most powerful tools is raising my vibration so high that negative energy simply can't touch me. When you're operating at a high enough frequency, lower vibes don't gain a foothold. Problems start to solve themselves or simply avoid you. It's like being in an airplane so high that no one on the ground can throw rocks at you.
13. What daily practices do you believe are non-negotiable for maintaining strong mental, emotional, and spiritual health?
For me, it comes down to four foundational practices that I do every single night before bed, and they're the cornerstone of what I teach in Do This Before Bed.
Number one: clear your third eye, ears, and heart. These are the energy centers that absorb the most negativity throughout the day. I visualize white light coming through each one, flushing out all the toxic energy and replacing it with love-based, positive vibrations.
Number two: raise your vibration with three questions. What am I grateful for? What did I do right today? And what experiences do I wish to create, and what emotions do I want to feel? This practice alone can shift your frequency within minutes. I've seen students manifest what they want within 24 to 48 hours of doing it consistently.
Number three: find the higher meaning. If something challenging happened, I ask myself what the higher meaning is. This reframes disappointment into possibility and keeps me from going to bed fixating on negativity.
Number four: connect with the highest version of myself. I imagine white light pouring down from the sky, filling my body, and I follow it out to the very edge of the cosmos where the version of me that has everything already exists. I let myself bathe in that energy and usually fall asleep in that state. I wake up magnetizing more of what I want, and sometimes, miracles I didn't even think to ask for.
These four practices take five to ten minutes. They're as routine for me as brushing my teeth. And beyond those, I also do my protection, clearing, and grounding from Spiritual Activator throughout the day. Energy hygiene is just as fundamental as physical hygiene. If you wouldn't go days without showering, you shouldn't go days without clearing your energy.
14. Looking back, what has this journey taught you about purpose and responsibility as your visibility and influence have grown?
It's taught me that purpose and responsibility are inseparable. The universe didn't give me access to these tools until my vibration matched the information I was meant to share. I had to be ready for it, or I might have misused it. And with every new level of visibility has come a deeper sense of accountability, not just to the people I serve, but to the purity of the message itself.
I think about my own journey. Being bullied as a kid, not fitting in, my family nearly going bankrupt, moving to a new country at 18 and spiraling into depression. I know what it feels like to be stuck, to feel inadequate, to look around and think life is never going to get better. And because I know that pain so intimately, I feel a deep responsibility to make sure that the tools I share are authentic, effective, and accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs, age, or level of trauma.
One thing I tell my students is that they are their own best authority. If something I teach doesn't feel right, they should follow their gut. I never want anyone to follow anything blindly. This work is about helping people discover their own compass, not making them dependent on mine.
The other lesson has been about humility. These techniques channel through me, but they are not originally mine. They come from a higher power. It is simply my responsibility to share what has changed my life and the lives of countless others. I'm a messenger. And as that message reaches more people, the responsibility to protect its integrity only grows.
15. As a Game Changer, what new areas of growth, teaching, or innovation are you most excited to explore next?
I'm so excited about what's ahead. My newest book, Do This Before Bed, just came out in March 2025 through Hay House, and it represents a real evolution in how I deliver these tools. It's packed with simple five-minute bedtime practices across 17 different life areas like abundance, love, creativity, healing grief, overcoming fear, finding purpose, improving sleep, and deepening spirituality. All designed to reprogram your subconscious mind while you sleep. That's been a huge passion of mine: making this work so accessible that literally anyone can do it in five minutes before closing their eyes.
I'm also continuing to grow Soul University, our Geo Love Healing certification programs, where we train people to become certified energy healers and life coaches. We have three levels now, and the demand has been incredible. Our events keep growing: our last one had 6,000 souls, and the next one should have around 20,000. Seeing that kind of hunger for this work tells me we're just scratching the surface.
Looking ahead, I'm really passionate about reaching the people who would never walk into a spiritual workshop on their own. The skeptics, the corporate leaders, the first responders, the people who think this isn't for them. Because in my experience, those are often the ones who need it most and who experience the most dramatic transformations. I want to keep breaking down the barrier between "mainstream" and "spiritual" until there is no barrier at all. Because at the end of the day, energy hygiene is just hygiene. It should be as normal and non-negotiable as taking care of your physical body. That's the world I'm working to create.
