Cheers to an incredible 2025!

As the year comes to a close and we collectively take that deep, reflective breath before the calendar turns, I find myself overwhelmed in the best possible way with gratitude. When I first stepped into the role of publisher for LA Living Magazine, I knew I wanted to create something meaningful, something that felt like home to the people who love Los Angeles as deeply as I do. What I didn’t expect was the incredible outpouring of support, enthusiasm, and heart from all of you. This magazine is more than pages and stories; it is a community, a movement, and a celebration of the spirit of LA, and none of it would exist without our readers, contributors, and partners who continue to show up month after month.

This year has been filled with so many memorable moments, features that inspired, stories that sparked conversation, events that reminded us why this city is unlike any other. And through it all, you’ve been there, cheering us on and sharing in the magic. Your engagement, your messages, your willingness to dive into each issue with curiosity and pride, those are the things that keep our entire team motivated. Truly, this journey would not be possible without you, and from the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you.

The holiday season in Los Angeles has its own unique glow. Whether it’s the way our communities light up their streets, the familiar traditions that return year after year, or the warmth and laughter found in gatherings big and small, there is a special kind of brightness that fills December. It’s a time when we lean into hope, connection, and joy. But it’s also a time for compassion. Amid the festivities, we are reminded of how far kindness can travel. A simple act, a smile, a warm meal, a donation, a helping hand has the power to change someone’s day, or even their life. I encourage all of us to carry that spirit forward, not just through the holidays, but every single day. Our city becomes a better place when we choose kindness, awareness, and generosity.
